I’m Bradley Scott, Lansing Michigan based Producer and Director of Photography, working in true crime, documentary, commercial and other television genres.

Brad is an energetic Director of Photography and Producer with nearly 20 years of experience ranging from live sports broadcasting and nationally broadcasted commercial campaigns to true crime documentary series.

He is most comfortable behind the camera. Handheld camera, gimbal operation and drone piloting | drone camera operation are a few of the techniques he strives to master.

Motivated, natural looking lighting is typically his goal, but he also enjoys more expressive, stylistic lighting for commercial or suitably artistic subject matter.

Bradley’s formal education includes a B.A. and M.A. in Film, Video, and Media related courses from Michigan State University and Grand Valley State University.

Equipment:
Current camera package includes the Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro paired with the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 and 50-100mm f1.8. The package also includes a b4 parfocal broadcast lens and PL mount for cinema glass.

Secondary cameras inclue two Blackmagic Pocket 4k cameras with assorted prime and zoom lenses with a FOV range from 7.5mm to 350mm.

Moving camera support with the DJI RS2, Onewheel XR and slider.

Lighting includes Luxli Taiko 2×1, Smallrig 450B COB, Aputure 300D COB, Falcon Eyes 30TD COB, Aputure 100x COB, Aputure p60x 1×1, Aputure ls1 1×1,  and Aputure ls 1/2 .5×1.

Modifiers include fresnel lenses and 2′, 3′ and 5′ circular soft boxes with grids for bowens mount COB lights.

Licensed drone operator. Currently flying the Mavic 3 pro. Familiar flying and cam-operating the inspire series.
